Tim Polishan is a business litigation trial attorney and founding member of Polishan Solfanelli, LLC. Tim also represents clients who engage in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and serves as a mediator and arbitrator for parties and their counsel who want to resolve their case by ADR.

He is a former Senior Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court (2011 to 2024), a Member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), a Member of the Association of e-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), and a Member of the Federal, American, Pennsylvania, and Lackawanna County Bar Associations (FBA, ABA, PBA and LBA).

Tim is also a Member of the M.D. Pa Chapter of the Federal Bar Assocation, the FBA Federal Litigation Section, the ABA Litigation, ADR, and Tort Trial Divisions, the PBA Civil Litigation Section, and maintains an associate membership in the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
