Jury Verdict for Plaintiffs Won in Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas

In a Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas negligence case where Tim Polishan represented two Plaintiffs against two Defendants, the jury found in favor of the Plaintiffs. Despite extensive arguments to the contrary by the Defendants, the jury found that the harm experienced by the Plaintiffs was caused by the Defendants. The jury found that any comparative negligence of the Plaintiffs was not a factual cause in bringing about the harm they experienced. After Plaintiffs won their liability verdict, the parties settled the damages portion of the case.
