SMS Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum & Terms

I. Scope and Priority Over General Privacy Policy

This SMS Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum (“SMS Addendum”) supplements the general Privacy Policy of Polishan Solfanelli LLC (“the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs all mobile telephone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent collected by the Firm. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Firm’s general Privacy Policy and this SMS Addendum regarding mobile or text messaging data, the terms of this SMS Addendum strictly control and supersede the general Privacy Policy.

II. Non-Sharing of Mobile Information and SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, referral, or any other purposes. Notwithstanding any general data-sharing provisions in our main Privacy Policy—including provisions regarding case referrals to other law firms, marketing or advertising networks, analytics partners, or cross-context behavioral advertising—all such sharing categories strictly exclude mobile telephone numbers and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will never be transferred, disclosed, or shared with any third parties, except with telecommunications aggregators and direct SMS service providers (such as RingCentral) solely as necessary to transmit and deliver our text messaging services to you.

III. How We Use Your Mobile Information

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Polishan Solfanelli LLC, we use your mobile information exclusively for the following purposes:

• Client & Inquiry Communications: To respond to your legal inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide case-related updates or reminders.
• Account & Administrative Notifications: To send requested status updates or administrative alerts regarding your relationship with the Firm.

IV. Your Choices: Opt-Out and Help Instructions

• Opt-Out (STOP): You may revoke your consent and opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
• Assistance (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly through our website’s Contact page.
• Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Firm. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
